Role duties:
- Be part of a team delivering efficient and excellent workmanship

- Attend reactive calls, planned maintenance and small works as appropriate and where required.
- Collation of information for asset list creation and to assist with quotation proposals Willing to attend training, internal and external to update all skills and show continuous personal and professional improvement.
- Ensure all toolbox talks have been completed.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures.
- Comply with all H&S requirements.
- Work within the team to ensure you support KPIs delivery as to your role
- Ensure high standards are maintained, with regards to your workmanship in particular attention to statutory compliance of our customers systems.
- Report into a Supervisor for day-to-day work activity interaction
- Support internal stakeholders with customer retention, offer any support, information and diligence. to ensured world class service is delivered.
- Support and comply with the instruction from schedulers daily to ensure to ensure your day is fully utilised.
- Carry out your daily field engineering duties as required and requested.
- Any other reasonable requests which your line manager or supervisor may required.

Our client is recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to support Peterborough operations.
Our client is a trusted compliance safety company carrying out tests / services to make sure customers properties are safe and meet current legislations. We currently maintain, service and repair over 70000 housing association and local authority properties across the UK.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- To ensure the site is tidy, and specifically ensuring that waste is segregated correctly.
- Supporting stores in the reduction and removal of waste.
- General maintenance across site.
- To work in line with Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace, reporting near misses, incidents and accidents.
- To work approximately 16 hours per week, on an hourly rate of pay basis.
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A semi-skilled tradesperson background.
- Used to working under own initiative and taking pride in the appearance of a site.
- Previous electrical experience required in domestic environment
- An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace

Location: Salford - within 30 mins of home address, any travel beyond that will be paid.
Our client is recruiting for skilled Electrical Test & Inspection Engineers to compliment significant growth capable of carrying out electrical testing, inspections and repairs across housing association and local authority properties.
Our client is a trusted compliance safety company carrying out tests / services to make sure customers properties are safe and meet current legislations. We currently maintain, service and repair over 70000 housing association and local authority properties across the UK.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- To work in line with Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace, reporting near misses, incidents and accidents
- To carry out fixed wire installation tests (EICR) at clients premises
- To rectify faults reported on the fixed wire installation test (EICR)
- To accurately submit all relevant certification via tablet utilising bespoke software
- To work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 8.00am-5.00pm) with the opportunity to work after 5.00pm and at the weekends.
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
- City and Guilds level 2 & 3 Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (preferable, training may be provided for the right candidate)
- Previous electrical experience required in domestic environment.

- Effectively scheduling of engineers to cover reactive and servicing jobs across a customer contract through outlined booking processes and the use of a job management system.
- Ensure allocated jobs with engineers are completed and the scheduling process is properly closed out.
- Escalate any scheduling issues or concerns to the Team Leader who will be able to address with the engineer, or in liaison with the Contract Manager and/or customer.
- Support the contract with administrative tasks as required, such as billing, producing WIP reports to maintain the job management system ensuring all records are accurate and status updates progressed.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Solid understanding of planning systems, considering geographical locations to schedule engineers as efficiently as possible.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
