Web Designer & Developer (Freelance)
We're looking for a talented and creative freelance Web Designer & Developer to revamp our website (bean.ph) and create a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for the entire design and development process, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
Responsibilities:
- Completely redesign the bean.ph website, focusing on modern aesthetics and intuitive navigation.
- Develop a new customer UI/UX that prioritizes ease of use and a smooth buying journey.
- Expertly resize and integrate key visuals for a cohesive brand experience on the website.
- Design a clear and engaging homepage that effectively guides customers through their buying journey.

Qualifications:

Assistant Store Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Supervisor to lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets
- Help in monitoring sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
- Help in monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management
- Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to head office

Product Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Operations: Coordination with Ops for freight/import, delivery tracking, shipping costs and regulatory documentations
- Order Management: PO creation, payment requests, and clearances, creation of product Information sheet for go-live, ensuring listings go live on relevant platforms
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Handles daily coordination of tasks with suppliers and internal stakeholders (related to product development), support in supplier request for quotes, sample handling, and evaluation. Oversees virtual QCs, and internal and external product testing.
- Commercial: Ensures correct pricing is executed on all platforms, oversees product listing and discounts on online 3rd party channels (Shopify, Tiktok, etc.).
- Market Research - Create a view for competitor research on product specs, market gaps, pricing, etc. with analysis and recommendations for new product launches
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferably with a degree in Business administration, marketing, or industrial engineering.
- Has 1-2 years experience in product development particularly in supplier sourcing and coordination and/or overall project management.
- Has 1 year of experience in developing FMCG or hard products with global suppliers

Area Retail Manager
Summary:
The Area Retail Manager is responsible for driving the sales achievement of his/her designated area and is accountable for ensuring that the field teams are in compliance with the edamama service standard through the implementation and execution of the sales and coaching processes. In addition to building a fun, energetic, informative, and skill-driven environment for learning and development, this person ensures that all edamama Offline Retail staff are constantly and consistently trained to succeed. This person is the guardian of edamama DNA and is responsible for ensuring that this is upheld and reflected in all sales touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Business Acumen:
Responsible for driving retail sales achievement for designated area against sales plan.
Create and develop a clear sales and education strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively cascading this to the field staff. Part of this responsibility is driving the growth of comparable doors as well as increasing staff productivity.
Able to assist in creating new tools and streamline processes with the goal of making operations more efficient, where relevant.
Effectively lead field teams to ensure that all initiatives are executed well..
Collaborate with all stakeholders to track, manage and improve store KPIs - Sales, AOV, Transaction and Quantity Counts, Conversion alongside Staff Productivity.
- Managing and reproducing stable operations and process among all stores which include, but are not limited to:
Sales floor operations
Cash wrap operations
Stockroom management
Staff guidelines
Coordinate with the merchandising team as well as any other internal stakeholders (ie Warehouse) and support store deliveries for replenishment and new arrival stocks
Staff Recruitment and Development:
In charge of area staff recruitment, retention and productivity in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager.
Ensure that all stores are appropriately staffed with the right people.
Responsible for field education, induction and driving product knowledge within the physical stores.
Take charge of ensuring that all staff are compliant with grooming and uniform guidelines.
Assist in creating and in charge of executing strategies with a laser focus on continuous improvement in staff productivity.
Ensure field teams are ready to execute any and all campaign promotions, visual merchandising needs in order to drive sales on ground.
Lead daily alignment meetings with store leads to ensure that communication lines are wide open throughout all organizational touchpoints.
Identify and address key challenges and provide action plans in order to overcome bottlenecks in each individuals selling process.
Teach, coach, motivate and develop employees effectively to create growth within teams and challenge store staff to consistently deliver results.

Store Operations:
Strict compliance of house rules and processes.

Facilitate regular stock count and inventory alignment across all stores.
Ensure that stores are fully stocked with consumables and service supplies by performing regular audits.
Ensure that merchandise is displayed in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines and communicate changes with the aim to make the store more conducive for sales.
Qualifications:

Senior Finance Associate - Working Capital Management (Hybrid)
Requirements:
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of receivables with properly documented signed trade letters from the Commercial Team
- Resolve and investigate disputes related to merchant billings within the agreed SLAs
- Perform periodic inventory count with the objective of resolving any discrepancy to ensure accurate inventory accounting
- Analyze inventory-related financial data to help evaluate issues and suggest improvements in operational KPIs
- Help in designing new processes and improve existing finance policies and procedures with the aim of instituting internal controls, strong financial management and efficient and effective processes.
- Assist in the month-end closing procedures, statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, audit and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting; CPA is preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with a focus on inventory management
- Knowledgeable in both statutory and management reporting.
- Highly analytical and with a keen sense for details and data accuracy but also has an eye for the bigger picture.
- Good communication skills and can deliver the reports to various audience in the organization including the management team.
- Can work well under pressure and is fast to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati (2x a week)
