Salesforce Developer

- As a Salesforce developer, you will implement and deliver solutions to meet clients business requirements in a project delivery team.
- You will collaborate with the Solution Lead to prepare designs. You will use out-of-the-box features and config over code whenever possible and meet best practice when customising with code.
- You will work closely with the business analyst to ensure that your releases meet business acceptance criteria, and work closely with the tester to ensure your releases meet quality assurance standards.
- You will work with the release manager to perform releases through the DevOps pipeline and meet quality standards at each step.
- Previous work experience with application and software development within a large ICT environment, of Software Development practice
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces

APS5 Test Analyst

Overview:
- The Data and Analytics Branch supports the Agency by providing high quality data and reporting, translating insights into measurable business performance improvements. They are a centralized team focusing on future process improvement, delivering data and reporting effectively with clear accountabilities, while building data literacy capability across the branch and regions.
- The team develops, governs, and maintains an enterprise data warehouse as well as the NDIAs reporting platforms and production content. They design and build Business Intelligence (BI) interventions and prototype analytic solutions and reports, identifying trends and drivers of performance.
Duties
- Develops Test Plan in line with the (1) Test Strategy, (2) project release plan and (3) delivery methodology
- Develops Test Cases traced to requirements and design documents, including detailed test steps, data requirements, pre-requisites and success criteria
- Conduct functional testing based on documented Test Cases
- Supports and assists testers to execute testing against Test Cases
- Authors test plans, test summary reports necessary as required and test progress reports
- Provides a daily and weekly status report for testing activities
- Coordinates with Application Developers, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, SMEs, 3rd party vendors to review test artefacts and defects to ensure rapid review and resolution of documents and defects

- ASIC seeks to establish an arrangement with supplier/s to provide Onsite IT Support resources (skilled personnel), for short-term and to backfill of our Onsite IT BAU desktop support services to supplement ASIC offices at various locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Traralgon, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane.
- ASIC requires IT technicians to work as Onsite BAU resources to assist with day-to-day BAU tasks. The technicians will also provide second level support for ASICs systems and Production Environments including collaboration with other IT resolver groups in the completion of Incident tickets and service requests.
- This need has arisen due to an increased demand in onsite support for projects such as the Digital Workplace Experience Uplift and Refresh, the Canberra office relocations, and the return of Registry Connects from the ATO (MOG). These temporary IT staff will assist with the Onsite team's BAU work, allowing our permanent staff to focus on the project related tasks.
Roles and Position Descriptions
- The temporary IT staff would provide second-level support for ASIC's systems and production
- environments, including collaboration with other IT resolver groups to complete incident tickets
