In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role, providing exceptional legal representation and guidance to clients facing complex family law issues. You will also mentor and motivate members of family lawyers team while fostering a collaborative and successful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Become a senior member in a team of family lawyers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring a high standard of client service.
- Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, child custody and support, and domestic violence.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Negotiate and mediate complex family law issues.
- Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant family law legislation and case law.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and in good standing.
- Demonstrated track record of success in complex family law matters.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate junior lawyers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong understanding of the sensitivities surrounding family law issues.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
