We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our well-established client based in Park West. The role offers up to 32,500 salary with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries received from multiple channels.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times.
  • Review warranty claims and payments with clients.
  • Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports.
  • Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers.
  • Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards.
  • Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries.

Knowledge and skills:

  • We are looking for highly motivated and passionate person.
  • Customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be provided
  • Understanding customers needs and skillfully communicating in a professional and personable manner is a must.
  • You should be confident and adept at working in a changing environment.
  • Proven customer handling experience would be ideal.
