Our customer is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team based in Greenhills D12.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the business.

The ideal person will display an understanding of top-quality service and how to deliver it plus an ability to solve problems.


35K-40K depending on experience.

Monday to Friday 8.30 5.30

The role will be based in their offices in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

Duties and Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Look after the full service, warranty, Breakdowns & DOEs of the fleet.
  • To oversee the full administration of the Fleet & Rental departments
  • To look after organising DOE / NCTs & Taxing of all the fleet vehicles
  • To be the first point of contact & interact with our customers for any services they require.

Skills & Experience

  • High quality knowledge of motor industry
  • Fantastic Administration skills are essential for this role.
  • Fleet industry / Service / Parts /Warranty within the motor industry experience essential
  • Great computer literacy, especially Microsoft packages
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well within a small team and take leadership over specific jobs.
  • Works well under pressure
