Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and marketing trends. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive online growth, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and target audience needs.

Identify key digital channels, tactics, and technologies to maximize online reach and effectiveness.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

Work closely with Brand & Communication team to implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building.

Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, and monitor performance metrics.

Develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience and supports SEO efforts.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

Implement best practices to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommended actions.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven track record of successful strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and best practices.
