Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy while overseeing all aspects of communication to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand image. As a Brand and Communication Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

Implement brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all touchpoints.

Design and implement strategic communication plans that support brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Lead the creation of high-quality content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, that communicates the brand's essence and engages customers.

Support stakeholders on developing compelling narratives and messaging for various platforms, including social media, website content, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, campaigns and events, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.

Analyze market research data to refine brand strategies and make informed decisions.

Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams to maintain brand integrity in all initiatives.


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a brand/creative agency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful brand strategies.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
