Paraprofessional/ Educational Assistant (Concord, NH)

White Birch Educational Services is a clinician owned small business in New Hampshire. We provide school psychologists, social workers, BCBA's, mental health counselors, and other related service providers to schools throughout New Hampshire.

We are currently seeking full time Paraprofessionals/Behavior Assistants/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Services will include working with students and their special education teams.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with the implementation of accommodations, modifications, and other supports in accordance with student Individual Education Plans

  • Support students with their executive functioning and behaviors, striving to increase their independence

  • Collect progress data as directed by the students special education team

  • Work collaboratively with students classroom teacher and other faculty

  • Other duties deemed necessary by the school district as appropriate for the role

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Paraprofessional is preferred but not required

  • ABA and RBT training a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Compassionate and committed to students well-being
