Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals for the crew in accordance with the company's menu plans and standards.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.

Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and organized.

Manage inventory and restock food supplies as needed.

Assist in the training and supervision of kitchen staff.

Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.

Maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3rd Cook in a similar environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

High school diploma or equivalent.
