Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive quality assurance tests on software applications, websites, and IT systems to identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with software development teams to develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct various testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to validate the functionality and reliability of IT systems.
• Report and track defects using a bug-tracking system, working closely with developers to resolve and retest issues.
• Document test procedures, results, and any deviations from quality standards, and prepare test summary reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT quality standards, industry best practices, and security regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and participate in enhancement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in game testing.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience in performance, functional, ad-hoc/exploratory, and UI/UX testing on web and mobile applications.
• Ability to fully test features from requirements analysis to regression testing.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of test methods and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes (preferred).
• Excellent logical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, hard-working, and honest.
• Collaborative team experience, including providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to summarize and communicate effectively in English.
