GSC is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Admin to join and support the growing and well-established firm of our client. The Business Development & Marketing Admin is essential support to the two teams, managing administrative tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects of the client.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Results-driven mindset with expertise in problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of supporting multiple projects under short delivery timelines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing & BD teams to ensure deadlines are being met, internal requests are being followed up on, and overall project workflow is optimized
- Support the day-to-day operations of both the Business Development & Marketing teams
- Invoice & credit card reconciliation
- Salesforce data entry - adding in and updating data
- Support research for BD and Marketing teams
- ZoomInfo & Salesforce audience building
