About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join their team in either Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals, families, and businesses with their visa applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client eligibility for various visa categories.
• Provide clear and concise advice on Australian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and lodge complex visa applications to a high standard, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of clients and respond to requests for further information.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in immigration legislation and regulations.
• Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience

• Registration as a Migration Agent is essential.
• Junior or Associate level Registered Migration Agents are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in preparing and lodging a wide range of visa applications.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration law and policy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant immigration software.
