Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• English С1 level.
• Expertise in gathering and formalizing requirements using advanced methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Story Map) and mentoring team members.
• Experience in building and optimizing business processes.
• Proven mentoring skills with a track record of team development.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks.
• A higher education degree or certifications are a plus.

  Responsibilities:

• Drive product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions.
• Lead BA pre-sales activities, including proposals and presentations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to gather stakeholder requirements.
• Optimize BA processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering continuous learning.
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Act as a Resource Manager, ensuring optimal team allocation.
