Pakistan's leading Executive Search Firm, Taraki, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director of Transaction Advisory for our client, Savills. Based out of Karachi Office, this position will oversee the transaction advisory practice for the nationwide business.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director of Transaction Advisory to join our growing team in Karachi. Savills has been operational since 2007 with core expertise in capital markets, investment services, development advisory, project management and valuation advisory. We advise our local and global clients on their real estate needs through our Transactional Services division. This typically includes advisory related to asset acquisitions/disposals, tenant representation, investment advisory and corporate account management. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Transaction Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Pakistani real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and investor preferences.

  • Strategy: Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Transaction Services team, aligned with Savills' national goals.

  • Business Development: build strong client relationships, identify potential business opportunities and secure transaction mandates.

  • Account Management: maintain existing key institutional accounts with local and global clients.

  • Advisory and Analysis: Recognise, and provide advice on, emerging issues and trends, as well as analyzing investment opportunities to recommend the best possible solution via market research and financial validation (DCF, IRR, etc).

  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations with confidence and excellent attention to detail.

  • Negotiation: Possess strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients in transactions.

  • Mentorship: Lead a team of 2-5 analysts and associates with a high degree of integrity, excellence and obsession with client satisfaction.

  • Leadership: Report directly to the CEO while contributing to the national leadership team to define overall company strategy and direction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Transactions, with a proven track record of success.

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Econ or related field. Masters/CFA preferred.

  • Proven track record of working and transacting with institutional clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Good grasp of Corporate Finance concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV)
